Kiril Berniker joined Elbit Systems in 2014, first as FP&A manager of its UAV Business Unit and CFO of Elbit Mexico, and then as CFO and FP&A Executive, in which role he directs the multinational governmental R&D funds delivery. Berniker was also the CFO of Incubit Ventures. Previously, he served as the director of economics for a construction-engineering company. Berniker has extensive experience managing the financial aspects of complex R&D projects with the Israel Innovation Authority. Berniker holds a B.A. in finance from Emek-Izrael College.
