Uri Kaplan

Corporate Open-Innovation Director, Elbit Systems Ltd.

Uri Kaplan was appointed corporate open-innovation director of Elbit Systems in 2018. Prior to joining Elbit, he held multiple C-level positions in various technology companies, including that of CEO, VP of sales and operations, and director of BD, in which role he cut costs and boosted revenue through innovative management techniques. An expert in new-business reengineering, business-solution integration, product management, process improvement, sales and marketing strategy, and organizational development, he holds a B.Sc. in engineering and industrial management from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from the University of Haifa.
